About Us
First Choice Title was founded in 1995 by Kitty Thompson, with a vision of designing a title company that would truly serve the public.
After working with two local title companies for over 14 years, she desired to structure an environment which would allow her more flexibility and control in serving her client’s needs.
Over the years, each of Kitty’s three daughters (Amber, Shana and Brandi) have joined her team and we have expanded our office to include two locations and 13 team members. Kitty has worked hard to instill the same values and vision in each of our offices, and the same dedication to customer service we opened with in 1995 remains top priority today. Each and every member of our team strives daily to provide quality, personalized service, in an accurate and efficient manner.
Our Priority on Education
In an ever-changing industry, it is imperative that a title company keep up with changes in real estate law, as well as changes in the mortgage and title industry. The staff and title attorneys at First Choice Title keep education as a top priority for each member of our team. Clients choosing to work with us can be at ease trusting us with any real estate transaction. First Choice Title is an agent for three major national underwriters: Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company and Westcor Land Title Insurance Company.
